CPI 260® (California Psychological Inventory)
The CPI 260® instrument identifies an individual’s strengths and areas for development. The CPI 260® instrument can be used to help your organisation with a variety of leadership and management development applications. This tool is highly effective for one on one or group coaching, leadership development, management training programs, and performance improvement initiatives.
The CPI 260® Client Feedback Report profiles the individual’s working style and level of satisfaction as an Implementer, Supporter, Innovator or Visualiser and measures their characteristics on twenty six scales organised in the following categories:

- Self-management
- Motivations and thinking style
- Personal characteristics
- Work-related measures
The CPI 260® Coaching Report for Leaders provides results on 18 characteristics with an overview of strengths and areas for development on the leadership characteristics categorised into 5 core performance areas:
