Emotional Quotient Inventory (EQ-i 2.0®)
The Emotional Quotient Inventory (EQ-i 2.0®) is based on more than 20 years of research worldwide, and examines an individual’s social and emotional strengths and weaknesses. Individuals self-report on their life and workplace performance in key areas of emotional skill that have been proven to contribute to proficiency in complex business activities such as conflict resolution and planning. By identifying the areas that need improvement, an individual can immediately begin developing those areas. At the same time, areas where an individual excels can be leveraged to their full potential to maximise effectiveness in daily tasks.
EQ-i 2.0® scores the following areas of Social and Emotional Intelligence:
- Self-Perception: self-regard, self-awareness and self-actualisation
- Self-Expression : emotional expression, assertiveness, independence
- Interpersonal: interpersonal relationships, empathy, social responsibility
- Decision Making: Problem Solving, Reality Testing, Impulse Control
- Stress Management: flexibility, stress tolerance optimism

EQ-i 2.0® Leadership Report
The EQ-i 2.0® Leadership Report examines EQ-i 2.0® results through four key dimensions of leadership: authenticity, coaching, insight, and innovation. As an option, you can choose to compare your results against those of top leaders, creating a coaching benchmark for exceptional EI performance. The leadership report also contains insights on the leadership and organisational implications of an individual’s, as well as strategies for development aimed to help them reach his or her true leadership potential.

Based on the EQ-i 2.0®, EQ 360® assesses Emotional Intelligence (EQ) from a multi-rater perspective. A more complete 360 degree profile emerges in which external impressions of a person’s Emotional Intelligence are combined with that person’s self-rating.
EQ 360® identifies key employee strengths, impediments to high performance, and factors that could be improved or further developed.
