Anita Tesoriero

Anita Tesoriero is a consulting psychologist and senior consultant with CFCD. She is a dedicated practitioner and student of mindfulness which has given her experience in cultivating mindful leadership practices with individuals and teams helping them to be self-aware, authentic, productive and compassionate at work.
Anita practices and understands how mindfulness can be used in organisations to build exceptional relationships, improve business results and reduce workplace stress.
Anita has broad experience in organisation development, large scale cultural change, leadership development, coaching, facilitation and counselling and has successfully delivered services across a wide range of industries including, local and state government, manufacturing, finance, retail and banking.
She has worked with many large organisations including NSW Department of Planning and Infrastructure, Health Super, Pacific Hydro, Department of Primary Industries, Frankston City Council, Nillumbik Shire Council, City of Casey, BHP, Ericsson, Coles Myer, ANZ and NAB.
Anita has a particular interest and experience in working with leaders who are passionate about creating high performance cultures and facilitating positive change at a personal, interpersonal and organisational level.
Anita is a registered psychologist and accredited in the use of a variety of developmental tools including the MBTI (Myers Briggs Type Indicator) and the TMI (Team Management Index), DiSC Behavioural Profiles, EQ-I -Bar-On Emotional Quotient Inventory and the Realise2 Strengths Profile (Individual and Team).
