Susan Hartwig is a highly experienced facilitator with over 15 years in the design, development and delivery performance management, project management, management and leadership and communication programs.

Susan’s background and experience enables her to build rapport with staff at all levels within organisations. She has designed and delivered training programs across a broad range of industries including government, finance, telecommunications, pharmaceutical and Not-For-Profit.

Her training and development focus is about providing participants with immediate application of new knowledge and skills.
