Lauren Lorge has worked for over 18 years in learning and development with extensive experience in client consultation, design of training strategies and programs and facilitation and coaching.
In these roles she is responsible for designing tailored training solutions to her clients as well as providing strong leadership and direction in her group sessions. She is often required to provide ongoing coaching to participants and assist in the embedding of learnings from the training environment.
She is well experienced in the delivery of training in areas such as Team Development, Management, Supervisory and Leadership Skills, Conflict Resolution, Communication Skills, Influencing Skills, Customer Service, Behavioural interviewing, Assertiveness, Business Writing and Diversity.
Lauren has delivered programs to a broad range of organisations including Railcorp Australia, State Transit Authority, Energy Australia, Atlassian, Metcash and Australand Australia.
